I don’t exactly know how this happened, but today turned into retail day. Normally, I am not that much into shopping, but got motivated somehow. So, we went to Pike’s Place Market to, first and foremost, get Schwartau Kuchen Glazur (which, of-course, they were out of. Alix, we gotta talk… I need a favor). So, instead we went to the market where we found this very cool vegetable (type of broccoli), bought some chanterelles and schneckennudeln at the french bakery and went to CostPlus for more stuff for the cookie baking extravaganza. Quite the international food trip. Then this afternoon, I actually went to a Mall (I know, I know: hard to believe) to find something to wear to the company Christmas party. It’s semi-formal and at the Space Needle.
This is kind of cool (literally), if you are a hockey fan.
