| So, if anyone is in the market for a house in the East of Market neighborhood of Kirkland, WA, the one at 330 Seventh Avenue is for sale. Yes, we put the house on the market. We've talked about doing this before but we decided that Seattle is likely at the peak (if not a bit beyond peak) in terms of selling, and this will hopefully give us the equity to do something better and grander. Ben did an amazing job cleaning it up and the realtor has been great so far. Fingers crossed that it goes well. |
